Spyglass Hill Golf Course**, Hole 4

$300.00$1,150.00

Spyglass Hill was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and takes the inspiration for its name from Robert Louis Stevenson’s famed classic story Treasure Island. Opened in 1966, Spyglass Hill has hosted many championships and has come to be viewed as one of the most challenging courses in the world from the championship tees. Situated in Pebble Beach, CA, the course has two distinctly different elements: the opening stretch of holes plays along the Pacific Coastline with dunes and the effect of ocean breezes while the second stretch winds through the Del Monte Forest and is dotted with challenging water features.

This long, uphill fairway is nibbled by two devious side bunkers. Named “Israel Hands,” this par 4 has a well-fortified green which pitches sharply from back to front. Dramatic clouds above have a “brush stroke” appearance in this compelling image.
